Farce

The world is a place that is constantly changing, hurling. It houses people, most of whom are just lying, waiting for a turn to stab you in the back. That is what it is about, a competition to derail as many as you can, at least for them. What astonishes me is that these people can be anyone. The likes of these do not care for any form of attachment, and can shed skin like a reptile anytime, to strangle you. The problem with the change in the world is that it gives rise to unrealistic expectations from life. We often find ourselves indulging in cinema or literature that once made us hopeless romantics, and now is making it acceptable to be 'bad' or makes it cool to have ice in our veins. What the world needs is a little nudge in the right direction. But what makes my heart ache is the fact that not all of us are ready to be the initiator of such change. Which makes one wonder if it's even worth caring about what this malicious lot thinks about oneself.
